The ability to perform single autofocus operations during movie capture is becoming more common, but I found my enthusiasm for the ability rather tempered by just how obtrusive AF noise was when using the Canon T2i's 18-55mm kit lens, at least if anything more than minor adjustments were needed. All things considered, the Canon T2i is a very enjoyable camera to use, with impressive image quality and a generous range of features for a consumer DSLR.
